What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

For most custom bag projects, the MOQ starts from 300 pcs per design. The exact quantity depends on materials, hardware, colors and construction; send us your specification for confirmation.

How long does sampling take?

A first sample is typically completed in about 7 working days after the design and materials are confirmed. Complex structures, custom molds or special materials may take 10–14 days.

What payment terms do you accept?

T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. Other terms negotiable for established partners.

Do you provide design services?

Yes, we offer OEM and ODM design support. You can also supply your own designs.

Can you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide via FOB, CIF, or DDP. Primary markets are Europe and North America.
