SoarBest is an export sourcing company based in Shiling, Guangzhou — China’s bag capital. We work directly with our partner factories to deliver OEM/ODM bags, with one point of contact from design to delivery.

OEM & ODM Process

1. Inquiry — Share your requirements, drawings or reference photos.
2. Feasibility & quote — We review materials and construction with our partner factories and give you honest feedback plus a factory-direct quote.
3. Sampling — Typically 7 days after design confirmation.
4. Approval — Review the physical sample before mass production.
5. Production — Lead time confirmed for your order, with quality standards agreed in writing first.
6. QC & shipping — Every order is inspected on-site before it leaves. FOB / CIF / DDP.

What We Check on Every Order

Because we are on-site in Shiling, quality control is not a promise — it is a checklist we physically work through on every order:

• Material & hardware — fabric weight and feel match the approved sample; zippers, buckles and sliders operate smoothly and are attached securely.
• Stitching & seams — consistent stitch density, straight seams, and reinforcement at stress points (handles, straps, corners).
• Water resistance — water-repellent coatings and sealed seams are checked on waterproof-style designs.
• Internal organization — padded dividers, pockets and closures line up with the approved layout and dimensions.
• Dimensions & weight — spot measurements against the spec sheet before packing.
• Packing & labeling — correct packing method, poly bags, carton strength and label details for your market.

Any piece that fails a check is set aside before packing — that is the difference between receiving an order and receiving a product.
